Supporters

A worldwide message was sent out inviting support from people in the public eye to support this special millennium effort. The response has been magnificent with letters, faxes and emails coming from church leaders, politicians and celebrities. These include personal letters from Bishops, the leader of the opposition William Hague, the leader of the Liberal Democrats Charles Kennedy and a letter from 10 Downing Street!

Here are a few of the replies that Positive Lives thought you might like to see.

If living is loving and
Loving is giving, then
Give us more music to celebrate life

If AIDS stops us giving by
Cutting short living
Our music can then only serenade strife

So let us not quaver,
Or falter, or haver,
Let’s treble the pace and con spirito fight!
