


![]() Have you ever wondered what it is, have you given it a try? Many people have learnt to meditate and find it helps them to cope with stress. Although, most people meditate on their own it can be helpful to learn in a small group, and to share ideas and techniques and perhaps, demystify the process. I will be running a group at Staffordshire Buddies from Wednesday 3rd November at 7.30pm to meet weekly for three weeks then fortnightly.
