30th March: The 1st Anniversary of BP Staffordshire was held at the centre. This was a closed meeting for all positive people. Although there were only a few people in attendance I believe it went very well. A special thank you to Andrew R. for the lovely food that he had prepared for the event (see later for more details)

1st April: The Easter Drop-in Party held at the centre proved to be a great success with lots of Easter eggs and cakes. A raffle for a special Easter egg was won by Dorothy (well done) She said it was the first thing that she had ever won so made it a more special prize. (See later for pictures and details.)

Future events

8th June: A fund raising event at The Victoria Hall, Hanley . 10am-6pm. 50% of hot food and hot drink sales at the Atrium Café Bar will be donated to Staffordshire Buddies.

Brian Williams has offered a trip on his narrow boat starting at Nantwich, Cheshire. Two dates have preliminarily been set: Friday 28th May and Friday 23rd July from 6.30pm arriving at a pub for 8.30 pm.
Please could you let me know which date would be preferred by Friday 14th May so that I can organise it with Brian. There are 10 places so it will be first come first served, with a preference to positive people. A reserve list will be made for cancellations.

Drop-in

The drop in attendance has been very good in April. The best attendance was on Tuesday 27th April with 11. The distance people are willing to travel to the drop-in is approximately 45 miles
